Sometimes the Device Explorer finds the NRP H90-RE on startup, but mostly it doesn’t. What can I try to solve this strange problem?
The Device Explorer and netHost Utility could not be used together, as both of them might use the same device driver. If there is a conflict, the device cannot be found correctly.
In this situation, please first close both of the progarms. Then try to restart the ODM service, as showed below, and then open only one of the program.
