PCI targets are included and don't need any special user interaction.

When using ISA cards or netX devices directly attached to a local memory bus interface, a valid pointer must be mapped by the user and passed to the driver. Additionally the user needs to make sure that the bus timings are correctly set up on the host. This is not done by the driver.

NOTE: Interrupt support is only available for PCI devices attached via UIO driver.
