Enabling of serial DPM is usually done according to the DIRQ/SIRQ pin level of the netX. If the host processor does not serve those pins, serial DPM access can also be enabled explicitly by patching the 2nd stage bootloader with the netX Tag List Editor.

netX10: In Tag List Editor change the HIF/DPM configuration as illustrated in the figure below:

netX51/52: In Tag List Editor change the HIF/DPM configuration as illustrated in the figure below:
